Returns Policy

ClariMem offers a 90 day Money Back Guarantee on used or unused bottles.  Refunds must be initiated no later than the 90th day of the order date. 

Returns/Refund Procedure:

Please call 925.967.4937 or email:  info@clarimem.com to request a refund/return of unopened bottles.

Please provide the following:  Order #, Order Date and Name  

Once the order has been verified and approved for refund, the refund process will be initiated.  You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks.

For Returns of unopened  bottles:

Request a RMA # by email or phone, providing your order #, date of order and name.

Customer pays for the shipping label of the return.  



Shipping

Currently, ClariMem can ONLY ship within the United States.  ClariMem offers Free Shipping via USPS First Class Mail or per the Sellers choice, within the United States.  You can select another carrier or method, but it will be at an additional cost to the customer.  Please contact us via phone or email to choose a different carrier/method.


Once your order has been filled and shipped, you will received a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the situation in a timely manner.

 Note: We don't ship to hotel guest staying at hotels in the U.S.  The Ship to address must be a valid residential or commercial address.
